https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBieKwa2ID0

Ahora, el video obviamente es largo, pero un usuario dejó un resumen buenísimo (Probablemente le primer comentario, por si quieren saltar a los minutos específicos haciendo click):
aaron4820 escribió:Part 1 Physical
TL;DR: Rift more comfortable, Vive more adjustable, Rift better display and stock sound hardware.

1:32 FOV: Negligible difference, user dependent based on adjustments
3:45 Sweet spot: Negligible difference, user dependent based on adjustments
4:30 Headset adjustability and focus: Rift has the ability to be adjusted in the "pitch" axis, and clicks in place, where as Vive can be adjusted in the "pitch" axis, effectively being able to have one lens further than other.
5:10 Focus: When both HMDs are in focus, more area of Rift is in focus than Vive. Both agree.
6:50 LED Panels: Vive is brighter, neither are brightness / contract adjustable.
7:25 Light leak: Rift has more light leak due to nose gap, Vive has better seal, easily moddable for both.
8:40 Pixels: Rift has less screen door effect, sharper display. Norm thinks you can see pixel easier on Vive, Jeremy thinks you can see pixels easier on Rift. Both agree Vive is more diffused, harder to make out small text compared to Rift.
10:45 Facial interface: Rift has only one, pinches your face if wearing glasses. Vive has two, gaps for glasses. For glass wearer, Rift pinches your temples, Vive pushes against your nose bridge.
11:55 Eye distance adjustment: Vive 61-75mm distance. Rift: 58-72
13:25 Comfort: Rift better weight distribution, 100g lighter. Vive more pressure on face. Vive straps easily removeable for future 3rd party straps. Rift's straps are rigid, so if your head is huge it might not fit at all.
15:17 Sound: Rift's built in headphones are good, are removable. Both with built in mic, Rift has better mic. Easier to config mirroring on Vive.

Part 2 Tracking System:
TL;DR Vive wins on room scale, tracking system more scalable, efficient and passive, Rift so far more robust (in terms of tracking not breaking)

17:50 Constellation vs Laser: Rift will require computer connected to each additional camera, Vive needs only power for lighthouse. Vive more flexible due to passive system, more expandable.
19:15 Precision: Unknown right now due to touch not out, Vive millimeter accurate, hard to beat.
20:40 Both have experienced Vive losing track occasionally. Rift more robust (Jeremy points out Vive has more to deal with due to room scale)
23:00 Vive better for room scale due to chaperone and pass through camera.
24:00 Cable: Vive longer cable by 2m.
25:20 Vive controllers immersion multiplier, if one had to give demo to friend for VR, Vive for sure.
25:55 Rift Touch is going to be about hand presence, Vive is about holding / feeling objects, neither are perfect for everything.

Part 3 Software
TL;DR It's Steam people

27:55 Home vs Steam: Both like console interface, but Steam has much more other features, virtual keyboard, browser etc.
28:50 Home's friend list doesn't work currently, not as flexible, can't use to join game.
30:25 Who will introduce "social VR" first? Mii-verse play room type thing.

Part 4 Conclusion
TL;DR One to pick out of two, both agree Vive due to room scale and hand controllers, but Rift is noticeably more comfortable

31:10 Which headset to pick over next 12 months, Jeremy: Vive, Norm: Vive.
33:08 Both agree they wish they could use Vive's system, Vive's control, Vive's games, while wearing the Rift due to comfort.
